Gucci Balenciaga, la sfilata-evento senza precedenti
La sfilata “Aria” è un omaggio al primo secolo della maison fiorentina.
Sono passati 100 anni da quando Guccio Gucci inaugurò il suo piccolo negozio di pelletteria a Firenze, un secolo in cui la maison si è fatta conoscere al mondo intero.
La collezione “Aria” è stata presentata attraverso un cortometraggio diretto dal direttore creativo Alessandro Michele e dalla regista Floria Sigismondi.
La sfilata è come un film, la prima scena è ambientata nella porta del Club Savoy di Londra, dove Guccio Gucci lavorò come usciere per poi tornare a Firenze e dare inizio al suo successo, il tutto illuminato da luci al neon e macchine fotografiche.
In passerella sfilano gli abiti iconici della maison, dagli anni ’60 ai ’90 con abiti super scintillanti.
Alessandro Michele ha definito “Aria” come “un laboratorio di hackeraggio, una fabbrica alchemica di contaminazioni dove tutto è in contatto con tutto”.
Demma Gvasalia, designer di Balenciaga, imprime il proprio marchio su tailleur, borse e accessori.
Ricordiamo che molti brand famosi collaborano, come ha fatto con successo Dior per Air Jordan, ma sono opposti tra loro come target e come stile.
Non era mai capitato fino ad ora che due brand simili si alleassero, ovviamente mantenendo sui capi i loro loghi, ben visibili.

Non manca il mondo equestre tipico della maison, anzi fa da fil rouge alle 94 uscite , scandite dal ritmo di una colonna sonora rap con la parola Gucci ripetuta in maniera martellante.
La borsa iconica di Gucci, Jackie, oggi viene presentata con il logo Balenciaga bianco che spicca sul fondo nero, è destinata a entrare nella storia, e scommettiamo che appena farà il suo ingresso negli store sarà sold out, proprio per la sua unicità.
Lo stivale calza di Balenciaga decorati con la celeberrima stampa Flora di Gucci, anch’esso sarà un pezzo raro e unico .
Al collo delle modelle le collane con i pendenti Gucci e Balenciaga, quest’ultimo con la G con il logo Gucci, proprio per mostrare la loro stretta alleanza.
Poi ci sono i tailleur, giacca e gonna, stampati con i doppi loghi, tutti super scintillanti.
